Nenad Vujošević
Authorized Representative and Project Manager
Nenad Vujošević has more than 20 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship and private sector development. He prepares and coordinates projects aimed at enabling the sustainable development of the SME sector, particularly in tourism and the wine industry. Nenad Vujošević graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management at the University of Montenegro.
Nina Vujošević
Public sector and economic reform expert, development advisor
Nina Vujošević is an economist with 20 years of experience in the fields of macroeconomic and fiscal policy, public sector reform, competitiveness, and economic development. She is one of the founders of the Center for Economic and European Studies, a non-governmental and non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Montenegro’s integration into the EU and economic reforms for sustainable economic development.
She has been engaged as a World Bank consultant on public sector reforms, with a focus on state-owned enterprises, and worked for two years as an advisor to the Executive Director of the Dutch constituency at the World Bank (2019–2021).
She previously served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro (2017–2019). In this role, she coordinated and participated in the preparation of Montenegro’s Economic Reform Programme, the implementation of the Fiscal Strategy and the Public Financial Management Strategy, as well as reforms of tax policy and the regulatory environment. She also served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Montenegro for economic affairs (2015–2017). During this period, she was appointed as the Government of Montenegro’s coordinator for technical-level negotiations related to regional economic integration within CEFTA and the Berlin Process.
During her work in the Government of Montenegro, she actively participated in the EU accession negotiations as Head of the Working Group for Chapter 1 – Free Movement of Goods, and later as a negotiator for Chapter 16 – Taxation and Chapter 29 – Customs Union.
She also served as Director General for Development at the Ministry of Economy (2010–2015). Prior to that, she worked for five years in the NGO sector as an economic policy analyst (2001–2005), and for five years in the banking industry in the field of public sector financing (2006–2010).
Nina Vujošević served as a teaching assistant and later as an assistant professor at the University of Donja Gorica in the field of International Economics (2008–2019), and worked as a consultant for UNDP, GIZ, and CEF in the areas of public sector reform and competitiveness enhancement.
Ms. Vujošević obtained a Master’s degree and later a PhD in Economics from the University of Montenegro. She also earned a specialized degree as an economic analyst through postgraduate studies in Applied Economics at the University of Maryland, College Park, USA.
Mirjana Ivanović
Communications Expert, Associate
Mirjana Ivanović is a media and communications expert with 15 years of professional experience. She worked in the media for five years as a journalist at the daily newspaper Vijesti and as an editor at Dnevne novine. She then spent one year working as a media advisor and spokesperson at the Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, and three years at the Ministry of Interior. She served as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister for the political system, internal and foreign policy, and worked for four years as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Montenegro. After completing her engagement with the Government, she worked as a communications consultant for international organizations such as UNDP and the OSCE. Ivanović is the Secretary General of SEECOM – a non-profit organization that brings together public sector communicators in Southeast Europe – and serves as Development Programme Director at the company Arhimed.
Radovan Živković
Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecasting Expert, Research and Analysis Associate
Radovan Živković has more than 35 years of professional experience. He worked in the private sector until 2003. He began working at the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro as a budget analyst in 2003, and as a macroeconomic analyst from 2006.
Mr. Živković has worked as Head of the Directorate for Macroeconomic Projections and Analysis at the Ministry of Finance since 2012.
He completed various courses at CEF Ljubljana in budgetary and macroeconomic projections, as well as a course in medium-term budgeting in Atlanta at the Andrew Young School for Policy Studies in 2004. He also completed various online courses in macroeconomic projections (IMF) and an online course in model-based thinking.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Montenegro.
